the hotel provided an excellent stay. breakfast included freshly cooked hot dishes and coffee made to order. i especially enjoyed the seeded wholemeal croissant each morning it was a treat. the staff were friendly and spoke excellent english , made communication very easy.

the hotel did not provide slippers in the room i stayed in. the stone floor felt a little cold without them and it would have been a welcome addition.

the reception staff was very nice and always willing to help at any time. a gentleman at the reception accommodated us and provided a great first impression. he was cheerful and efficient during the check in process.

the hotel's location is near the castle. it is not far from fisherman's bastion with picturesque streets surrounding the area. public transport is easily accessible from the hotel hotel. the area is generally very quiet.

breakfast had a great variety of options and beautiful presentation. the eggs were cooked perfectly and tasted lovely. there is a sister restaurant that i ate at one evening with beautiful views of the city.

The location was perfect on the hill. It was just a few steps from the Buda Castle. The place was decorated well. The staff was amazing.

The water in the bar was refilled with sink water. I think this is a problem all over this wonderful capital. The lack of washing the bottles reused for years bothered me. The caps looked old.

The location was convenient, a short walk to the bus stop.

The pillows were completely flat. I found them very uncomfortable. The bed linen had an odour, perhaps because of old furniture. I think the hotel needs to replace them.

staff were amazing, they helped with everything i needed! the breakfast was delicious, the coffee was especially good. the location is awesome, very close to attractions i wanted to see.

the layout was a bit strange, like two separate locations are near each other. it's a minor thing, but it was a little confusing at first.

the staff was friendly and helpful (i especially appreciated their assistance with directions). the breakfast had a lot of options. i found the food quite tasty and of high quality. it was a good way to start the day.

the ac in my room made quite a bit of noise. it was difficult to sleep well. also, the pillows provided were very flat. i could have used more support.
